    Compass Senior Living in Eugene, Oregon is an owner and operator of senior living communities. Since 2013, Compass Senior Living has cared for elders in independent living, assisted living, and memory care environments. Compass and its communities are built upon a belief that senior living communities promote meaning and joy in the lives of residents, their families and team members.

    We have been with ECP for 9 years now, and we were previously on paper. It was good to get automated and use one system for all of our wellness documentation.

    ECP provided a user friendly system that was easy for our teams to navigate. We have also acquired new management contracts from other companies that have used different EMR systems, and they love working in the ECP system.

    Better state compliance with charting, documentation, and incident reporting/investigating. The reports available in ECP allow us to perform audits to ensure we are abiding by each state's regulations.
